I am a Physical Therapist and am on my feet the whole day. I have a set of these Jo Ghost 478 Western-Style Boot - and didn't realize how well-fitting they were until I wore a different pair of one day and these were so much better! I purchased a 2nd set (black) and also recommended them to my patients, some of whom are now using them too!

This fits my narrow foot just right, but I don't like the outside heel material. Walking on carpeting is fine, but on other surfaces the heel feels slippery, so I will replace it. The present heel also left black marks on my kitchen floor. I chose this to wear for "dress up" occasions, not for daily walking. My daughters, in their 40's, thought the looked very nice on me.
