I have worn this for about 10 years and have gotten from this site for many years-probably 7 or 8 pairs. The Eileen Shields Felisa 20MM Flat have all been the exact same size and the quality is extremely consistent as well. They are remarkably cozy.

I think this is without question the most snug pair of Eileen Shields Felisa 20MM Flat I have ever bought. It adjusts to my feet and eases the pain of a heel spur. I actually purchased one pair in a store and loved it so much I went to your online store to look for the brand name and ended up ordering two pairs in a couple different varieties.

fit great right out of the box. Like the idea of leather insole (lining) - usually not seen at this price. And of course the alterable buckles are nice for puffed up feet on long days in the summer.
