I picked out them for the looks and the ease of using a loafer. Casual, but nice looking for work. The material is soft and the Girls is quite comfy. I have a high instep, and this fits great.

I bought these to use to my work as a teacher but have not yet begun to don them. Will use later in the fall. It feels as if they will be really comfortable.

This is the most well-fitting on the market. Since I have very big feet and wear orthotics, it is just about impossible to find the right fit. These Steve Madden Fauntain Ornamented Wedge work with my orthotics and are extremely soft and well-fitting. I can wear them the whole day long.
