True to size. Very snug. I find it hard to get extra wide Missoni PM42 Platform and I am happy with these.

This is the most comfortable I've ever had. I've been buying them for years now, and don't see any reason to get anything different. They're good for both casual and more formal events. It's easy to walk long distances with them on.
