These have a perfect heel height, are snug, and hold up for a couple of years of consistent use and commuting by plane (lots of airport terminal walking).

I've worn Calvin Klein Womens Reveli and a few other models with the exact same sole design, both lace-up and slip-on, for many years. I estimate 10 pair. They have always been extremely cozy and the sole is much more slip resistant than the material bottoms which come on other dress .

I had a pair similar to this that finally wore out. These were snug from the first day. The elastic gore stretches enough to accommodate the swelling that frequently happens to one of my feet. The swelling does not require a half size larger so this design is perfect.
