I am a fan of this Dress Oxfords. It helps my back and is extremely snug. it's quite full, with a roomy toe box, which allows your toes to spread out and give you better balance.

The Mezlan Men's Sylvestri Oxford seemed to feel ok. I needed some more formal Mezlan Men's Sylvestri Oxford than I have now. I have had no occasion to wear the shoes yet. They appear to be exactly as they were advertised.
