They hold up exceptionally well and I love the cushion that I get from the heel and sole. The Running Shoes also does well {on formal occasions|at work|in a dress environment).

I needed a Womens Running Shoes that fit high across the instep; i.e., not a ballet Running Shoes fashion. It is really hard for me to find a dressy Running Shoes; Ash is more casual, but so comfy that I am happy with it.
