I havemoderately narrow foot with a VERY narrower heel, and have a lot of trouble finding Kate Spade Kellis that are smaller enough in the heel so that they don't slip and cause blisters but not so narrower across the toes that they pinch. I bought one pair of these Kate Spade Kellis and loved them so much that I ordered two more in different colors.
