This Dress Oxfords fits my smaller foot just right, but I don't like the outside heel material. Walking on carpeting is fine, but on other surfaces the heel feels slippery, so I will replace it. The present heel also left black marks on my kitchen floor. I chose this Dress Oxfords to wear for "dress up" occasions, not for daily walking. My daughters, in their 40's, thought the Dress Oxfords looked very nice on me.

These Cole Haan Air Jefferson Moc Oxford are quite snug and fit perfectly right out of the box. There is no break in required. I don't know why I ever buy any other Cole Haan Air Jefferson Moc Oxford.
