I am a fan of this Dress Sandals. It helps my back and is extremely snug. it's quite full, with a roomy toe box, which allows your toes to spread out and give you better balance.

The Stuart Weitzman Epic seemed to fit ok. I needed some dressier Stuart Weitzman Epic than I have now. I've had no reason to wear them yet. They appear to be exactly as they were advertised.
