I have three pairs of these Dolce Vita York-9 - black for winter, and white and beige for summer. I wear them every day, and find them to be well-fitting, no matter how many hours they're standing.

These Womens Pull On Boots are sooo extremely cozy that I just ordered a extra set! They are so lovely, have a good fit and the standard of the materials . Dolce Vita York-9 also boast an hard to beat cost. You'll need this pair of Boot Flats!

I like the stuff used for the bottoms since they seem to be more durable the usual material on Boot Flats soles.
