I like this Cross Training Shoes. It helps my back and is extremely comfy. it is quite full, with a roomy toe box, which allows your toes to spread out and give you better balance.

This is a very good & cozy Cross Training Shoes. This will be my second pair so I have black and light tan. It is not too heavy, not too small and It's so snug. It is also a fantastic design.
