It's easy to adjust for a foot that is more narrow and seems to absorb shock better than most Womens Cole Haan Air Elly Criss Cross. It is also very lightweight on your foot and great for warm weather.

These have a good heel height, are snug, and are durable enough for a couple of years of wear in the office and commuting by air (lots of walking through airports).
