They hold up exceptionally well and I love the cushion that I get from the heel and sole. The Casual Boat Shoes also does well {on formal occasions|at work|in a dress environment).

I really like these Columbia Aquatooth. The sole is quite comfortable, and I really like the heel being a bit higher than most Columbia Aquatooth are designed. It makes for a classier feel with slacks or a dress.
