I searched for a Dress Platforms in every store and didn't have any luck. I ordered the style in size that was suggested and was surprised to find the fit perfect and it was totally snug.

I havemoderately narrow foot with a VERY smaller heel, and have a lot of trouble finding Betsey Johnson Jeannie that are smaller enough in the heel so that they don't slip and cause blisters but not so narrow across the toes that they pinch. I bought one pair of these Betsey Johnson Jeannie and loved them so much that I ordered two more in different colors.
