The Mens Cole Haan Air Jarvis Moc Venetian are comfy and I would wear them again. The only thing is the seam on the side could be a bit smoother.

I was very disappointed to find that the heels and soles were all one piece plastic(or rubber)vs. a material heel and a rubber sole. As you can tell I have a narrow foot so it is not easy to find a good Dress Loafers with a fantastic fit.
