I normally use a 10 1/2 WW Mens Rockport Hyperion to support my abnormal bone structure. It is not easy to obtain something which is at the same time comfy and alluring however, these Mens Traditional Dress Shoes are terrific!

These have a good heel height, are snug, and are durable enough for a couple of years of wear in the office and commuting by air (lots of walking through airports).
