I needed a Womens Running Shoes that fit high across the instep; i.e., not a ballet Running Shoes fashion. It is really hard for me to find a dressy Running Shoes; Ash is more casual, but so snug that I am happy with it.

This Running Shoes is easy to Running Shoes and off, snug for walking or just as house Asics Gel-Kahana 2. They give awesome support for feet and legs, and I have bought 4 pairs of this Running Shoes and enjoyed all.

I havemoderately smaller foot with a VERY narrower heel, and have a lot of trouble finding Asics Gel-Kahana 2 that are smaller enough in the heel so that they don't slip and cause blisters but not so narrow across the toes that they pinch. I bought one pair of these Asics Gel-Kahana 2 and loved them so much that I ordered two more in different colors.

These are the 1st Running Shoes of this type I bought. I just love them. so comfortable and gorgeous. I'm so ecstatic. I had foot pain and since I purchased these Asics Gel-Kahana 2 my feet no longer hurt. I was searching for comfort and got it.
