I have Plantar Fasciitis and heel spurs. I have been searching for a well-fitting custom orthotic friendly Hiking Shoes that is easy to get on and off, yet supportive. I found it in Columbia Sportswear Shastalavista Mid Omni-Tech Multi-Sport! I now have them in [different|various|an assortment of} colors, happily! I also have one set that I wear at home with added store bought orthotics as slippers. I have been feeling MUCH better since finding this Hiking Shoes.

This is a really perfect trouser Hiking Shoes for work, but also looks excellent under jeans. Just a bit too slender for me, though.

This Hiking Shoes fits my narrower foot just right, but I don't like the outside heel material. Walking on carpeting is fine, but on other surfaces the heel feels slippery, so I will replace it. The present heel also left black marks on my kitchen floor. I chose this Hiking Shoes to wear for "dress up" occasions, not for daily walking. My daughters, in their 40's, thought the Hiking Shoes looked very nice on me.
