I got the Running Shoes in hopes of using it to wear inside. I needed a Running Shoes that would work with my orthotics. This Running Shoes fits the bill. My orthotics work great.

I appreciate the Nike Air Zoom Elite + 4, they are wide enough. The heel was higher then I thought it would be. They look nice with long pants. They're not super great fitting, but great for work or going out for the evening. I have a hard time finding wide Nike Air Zoom Elite + 4 and these fit nicely.

I I love these Nike Air Zoom Elite + 4. They are snug without even breaking them in. I have a tough time locating a Mens Running Shoes that will fit because I have wide feet and always get pains in my feet totally quickly. I would suggest this Running Shoes if you have foot problems!
