I'm a Physical Therapist and am on my feet the whole day. I have a set of these Hi-Tec V-Lite Lightning HPi and didn't realize how snug they were until I wore a different set of Hiking Shoes one day and these were so much better! I purchased a 2nd pair (black) and also recommended them to my patients, some of whom are now using them too!
