I've got amoderately narrower foot with a VERY smaller heel, and have a lot of trouble finding Lilly Pulitzer Women's Spaghetti Strap McKim that are narrow enough in the heel so that they don't slip and cause blisters but not so narrower across the toes that they pinch. I bought one pair of these Lilly Pulitzer Women's Spaghetti Strap McKim and loved them so much that I ordered two more in different colors.
