These Cogent Women's Rachel/Cogent Women's Rachel are without a doubt the most comfortable pair of Cogent Women's Rachel I've ever had the chance to wear! They have very good support. I am in love with how you are able to tighten and loosen the buckles to accommodate excessive swelling, etc. I bought a set for my sister as well.
