I've got amoderately smaller foot with a VERY smaller heel, and have a lot of trouble finding PLAYBOY Womens Rockstar that are narrower enough in the heel so that they don't slip and cause blisters but not so narrow across the toes that they pinch. I bought one set of these PLAYBOY Womens Rockstar and loved them so much that I ordered two more in different colors.
