My right foot is half a sizer bigger and a tad bigger than my left. For years I jammed my right foot in a smaller Casual Boots. While on a business trip I stopped in at a shoe store and they (suggested|recommended} that I try the Converse Work Athlite 6". I purchased a pair right then and have not on another Casual Boots.

I have three pairs of these Converse Work Athlite 6" - black for winter, and white and beige for summer. I wear them everyday, and find them to be snug, no matter how many hours they're standing.

This is a excellent Hiking Boots. I suffer from heel pain and can't wear some Converse Work Athlite 6". These are quite comfy. I'll order more in as many colors as I can find.
