I needed a Womens Dress Boots that fit high across the instep; i.e., not a ballet Zip On Boots fashion. It is really hard for me to find a dressy Zip On Boots; Ash is more casual, but so snug that I am happy with it.

I had ordered Franco Sarto Moon a couple years ago. They're the most comfortable Dress Boots and the nicest if you are going to be walking a lot.
