I've worn DC Shoes Womens Pixie 4 and a few other models with the same sole design, both lace-up and slip-on, for many years. I estimate 10 pair. They have always been remarkably comfortable and the sole is much more slip resistant than the material bottoms which come on other dress Skateboarding Shoes.

I like the stuff used for the bottoms since they seem to be more durable the usual material on Skateboarding Shoes soles.
