I've got amoderately smaller foot with a VERY smaller heel, and have a lot of trouble finding Hugo Boss Munroe 50127330 that are narrower enough in the heel so that they don't slip and cause blisters but not so narrow across the toes that they pinch. I bought one set of these Hugo Boss Munroe 50127330 and loved them so much that I ordered two more in different colors.

I was very disappointed to find that the heels and soles were all one piece plastic(or rubber)vs. a material heel and a rubber sole. As you can tell I have a narrow foot so it is not easy to find a good Traditional Dress Shoes with a fantastic fit.

The Hugo Boss Munroe 50127330 looked great with trousers or with casual pants. They are so comfy after wearing them for so long.

I have owned 3 sets of this Traditional Dress Shoes but never bought them online. The online Traditional Dress Shoes and the store bought Hugo Boss Munroe 50127330 fit exactly the same. I like them and will buy more hues soon, and since of the free shipping offer, I found them to be a bit less priceyexpensive} online than in the stores.

When I tried it on they felt like a glove and with my narrower foot -- was perfect.
