I was extremely disappointed to find that the heels and bottoms were all one piece plastic(or rubber)vs. a material heel and a rubber sole. As you can tell I have a narrow foot so it is not easy to find a good Hiking Shoes with a fantastic fit.

I tried these after a friend told me about them. They own a pair and love them. I ordered the Allrounders by Mephisto First, wore them everyday on a trip and I have to say my feet feel better than ever. I adore them and highly recommend them.

The Hiking Shoes is a much better fit than store bought, due to the fact that it isa narrower width which is unavailable in stores
