I bought this Dress Slip Ons to be able to adjust each strap. I really like this feature. I wear socks when I'm home with these Joseph Abboud Mens Nelson so the fact that they are adjustable them is fantastic.

These are the Dress Slip Ons if you have to be on your feet a lot. quite snug, true to size and width, well made and attractive. I will buy again when needed.
