Betsey Johnson Florencia look wonderful with slacks or jeans on casual days. They also have good arch support.

I appreciate that it fits so right in the heel - sometimes Betsey Johnson Florencia are too big in back. At first I thought they might be a bit tight but have worn them all day, and they feel fantastic!
