I wear a AAA Dress High Heels and can never find narrow Betsey Johnson Madeline at any of the Dress High Heels stores in my town. Even when I go out of town, narrower sizes are limited.

I got these to replace my current work Betsey Johnson Madeline. First day I'd intended to use them for a little while and then change into my oldold Betsey Johnson Madeline. Was too busy|busy} that day - never changed my shoes - and I had no problem!! No sore feet or tired legs!!
