I have been searching for more than a year to get a comfy Dress Boots. I've got a long, slim foot, and this Rock & Republic Isla fits even with no adjustment. The padded bottom feels excellent on my set of Rock & Republic Isla, plus the price tag was reasonable, too.

These Rock & Republic Isla/Rock & Republic Isla are without question the most well-fitting pair of Rock & Republic Isla I have ever ever purchased! They have very good support. I love the fact that you are free to adjust the buckles to help with excessive swelling, etc. I purchased a pair for my cousin as well.
