I appreciate this style because it has a slight heel and covers my foot. I always use knit socks with my Columbia Beartooth GTX so fit is snug. I'd get again. I bought Columbia Beartooth GTX from them twenty years ago and was a fan of those as well.

I have "bad" feet due to a injury I sustained while skiing and a subsequent knee replacement. This Hiking Shoes is very comfortable and has the support I feel I need. It makes me more comfortable walking because of the support and fit.

I have worn this style of Hiking Shoes for years. I have to admit that each time that I buy a pair they feel more and more cozy and better made. It almost seems like I am walking on a cushion of foam when I wear them.
