I am very fond of these Womens K-Swiss Women's Ultra-Natural Run, They are high heeled, but are comfy 24 hours a day. First I got the regular size and they were too tight, the wide was wonderful once it stretched.

I had a pair similar to this that finally wore out. These were well-fitting from the first day. The elastic gore stretches enough to accommodate the swelling that frequently happens to one of my feet. The swelling does not require a half size larger so this Running Sneakers design is perfect.

The Running Shoes seemed {somewhat longer|a little bit longer than most as compared to other K-Swiss Women's Ultra-Natural Run in the same size that I have. Thank goodness - these are way more comfortable.
