Unexpectedly had to stay walking for straight nine hours the first day I wore the Medici SG-6143H6, plus needing to speed walk 8 whole blocks! Fantastic: total support through out the day. I'd love to purchase a second pair.

They are true to size, and fit incredibly well and cozy from day one until you eventually wear them out. But no worries I always have a back-up set of Medici SG-6143H6 in my closet.
