I have incredibly flat feet and an ACL issue with my left knee. I've tried just about every kind of and I couldn't find a I could wear to walk 2 -3 miles at a time. A friend who is an ultra-marathoner told me to get this, and am I very glad I did. They are well worth the money and I am walking without issues (I still use orthodics).

I appreciate both pair of Medici HF-186 very much but I had to break them in. They fit perfect which is very hard since my foot is long (8) and smaller which no one carries.

I bought a pair of these Medici HF-186 a year ago. I was reluctant to order Medici HF-186 online but I was very satisfied that they were not only stylish but they fit perfectly and were extremely snug. No breaking in required! I just ordered two more sets in different colors.

I have a job that requires standing the whole day. These Medici HF-186 were very comfy right from the first day of wear. I have had several pairs of these Medici HF-186, and am fond of every one.
