This is my second Penthouse Savannah PH420 purchase. These are the most easy-wearing dress Penthouse Savannah PH420 I have ever worn! I must admit, I was skeptical about the non-material bottoms but they feel great and do not make my feet sweat.

I needed a Womens Knee High Boots that fit high across the instep; i.e., not a ballet Casual Boots fashion. It is really hard for me to find a dressy Casual Boots; Ash is more casual, but so snug that I am happy with it.

I was very satisfied with how quickly the Penthouse Savannah PH420 arrived and the way well they fit. I was also happy to find a white pair of Casual Boots for the summer time! It's hard when you have arthritis to getCasual Boots with an adequate amount of padding inside the soles so your feet don't ache and it seems as though whenever I find a pair that seem good, they are just too expensive for me personally. This is a find!
