This Running Shoes fits my narrow foot just right, but I don't like the outside heel material. Walking on carpeting is fine, but on other surfaces the heel feels slippery, so I will replace it. The present heel also left black marks on my kitchen floor. I chose this Running Shoes to wear for "dress up" occasions, not for daily walking. My daughters, in their 40's, thought the Running Shoes looked very nice on me.

They are snug and there is never any breaking in phase. Puma Complete Trail 100 happen to fit me very well .

These are the only Puma Complete Trail 100 that I now buy, again and again. They look great, are very comfortable and have extremely cushioned soles.
