My right foot is half a sizer bigger and slightly larger than my left foot. For years I squeezed my right foot in a smaller Casual Loafers. While on a trip I stopped in at a shoe store and they (suggested|recommended} that I try the Dr Martens Adrian. I got a pair right then and have not on another Casual Loafers.

I have the Casual Loafers in two colors. I'm on my feet 8 - 10 hours per day, and they're the most great fitting Dr Martens Adrian I have ever had and are easy-wearing right out of the box ... always.
