I generally use a 10 1/2 WW Womens Nine West Naughty Flat to accommodate my atypical body structure. It's not easy to purchase something which is at the same time comfy and good looking but the Womens Casual Flats are terrific!

The Nine West Naughty Flat seemed to fit ok. I needed some dressier Nine West Naughty Flat than I own now. I've had no occasion to wear the shoes yet. They seem to be as advertised.

My feet are extremely hard to fit. I have spent a lot of time searching through Casual Mary Janes stores without stumbling upon something that I like. Surprisingly these Womens Nine West Naughty Flat fit extremely well. The Casual Mary Janes is quite comfortable even when I am on my feet all day.
