I have a total of 5 sets of these Nike Air Span+ 5. My first set I have had for three years. My next 2, two years and I just purchased two more sets. I have heel spurs and leg problems. These Nike Air Span+ 5 feel awesome walking and I have no pain in my feet at all when I wear them. I have never had any difficulty with these Nike Air Span+ 5. I appreciate them.

These Nike Air Span+ 5 give great support for my arches and comfort. My only complaint is, I have incredibly skinny feet and even though I could wear these Nike Air Span+ 5, would like it better if they were made in narrow.

It's my 4th pair of Nike Air Span+ 5 Running Shoes. Pondering number 5 in some other color. I have very thin feet. Difficult to get nice Mens Running Shoes which will fit. I can get these to fit. They are also very cozy, so I usually wear them for walking. Rather attractive Nike Air Span+ 5

I finally found Nike Air Span+ 5 wide enough to feel comfy and without pain after 5 minutes of wearing.
