I've worn Dereon Smart Delux Block and a few other models with the exact same sole design, both lace-up and slip-on, for many years. I estimate 10 pair. They have always been extremely cozy and the sole is much more slip resistant than the material bottoms which come on other dress Casual Open Toes.

I am a fan of these Dereon Smart Delux Block so much I now have them in 3 colors. They are awesome for walking and working out. I have a wide foot so I like the Casual High Heels Casual High Heels better than the closed ones.
