I've got amoderately smaller foot with a VERY narrow heel, and have a lot of trouble finding Betsey Johnson Calandra that are narrower enough in the heel so that they don't slip and cause blisters but not so narrow across the toes that they pinch. I bought one pair of these Betsey Johnson Calandra and loved them so much that I ordered two more in different colors.
