I take a narrow Work & Safety Boots and it fits me like a glove; I also really like them. They cost a bit more but they're worth it.

I gotten two sets of this Work & Safety Boots and they are very comfy and I have chronic pain in one foot but I did have to spend the money to get the heels replaced because they were dangerously slippery.
